Great controller, wish there was a app to change the brightness better and select specific colors.

My PC broke down and is in repair right now but for the small amount of time i already had with that Controller...i liked every second of it. It feels well made and superior to any other Controller, aside for one aspect...i prefer the wider angle of the Xbox Controller for my Hands, aside that no first party Controller matches this experience.

I love the controller. I have a problem installing the easymx20 driver though. It says that I need to open the app, plug my controller by holding the left stick down. Nothing happened. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Great value for money. Indeed the Joypad along with the packaging was of premium quality ! Very easy and good setup and excellent switches. Definitely one of the best joypads out there that can be easily compared to well known brands.

Controller works as advertised and then some! Only critique would be that the joystick caps come off a little too easily.

Lite whigh Feels good in the hands love the clicky button's and the 5 levels of vibration Control's very smooth Mapping of button's is ok not hard to do just takes time. would rather a program to do it. And maybe a carrying case would be good but for the price of it and how well it works it's now one of my favorite controllers

I like it, but only 2 things, battery life isn't as good as I would've hoped for. The other I wish the start and the back buttons were swapped where the modes buttons

Very good controller! The Hall effect is great, and it feels excellent in your hands. It's a bit lighter than the Xbox One controller, which I honestly really like. So far, I haven’t had any complaints. It has some unique and great features, so I recommend keeping the manual handy until you get used to it.

Did not know it shipped from china. Went surprisingly smooth. Controller is good. Feels a bit too light, but the buttons and the sticks are awesome.

Took about 3 weeks for delivery and didn't clearly state a delivery date until it arrived in canada but for its price to performance my god what a steal. Linus picked right from his controller review video, everything about this controller is amazing, the paddle button not only remap to any button but also button combo and the turbo works flawless, made the halo plasma pistol an smg nightmare for others haha, everything about the controller feels premium and it just works without any crappy application

Build quality is low.

This is one of the best feeling controllers I've used. The triggers feel smooth. the buttons feel crisp. I haven't had any issues with the joysticks coming out like other reviews. battery life is nothing to complain about either. Nothing feels grainy. Love it.

This controller does its job well and feels great in hand. The buttons are responsive, and the build quality is solid. However, the battery life is a bit disappointing—I can’t get more than 5 hours of gameplay out of it. Maybe I got a faulty unit, but still, at this price, it’s a great deal. Overall, I’m satisfied with it!

Hall effect thumpsticks are great. Trigger adjustment makes triggers more like buttons instead of shorting the travel distance but I ended up liking this.

Nice controller just Abit too rumbly but I can turn that down myself but I'm lazy.

Honestly a fantastic controller for the price. It could use a little more weight for those who want it to “feel like quality” but honestly the lightness is a pro in my opinion. I can use this controller for hours and it just feels like an extension of my hands. Flawless connection and awesome trigger locks that provide a satisfying click. 10/10 controller highly recommend it for the price.

Great feel, and has held up quite well. Got over 100 hours put into the controller and it still feels as good as when it came out the box. No creaking, and triggers haven't worn out. Sticks dont feel loose or wobbly either. Programming it was simple too. The only things I would like to see is a on device way of knowing battery level. On charge or in use. Overall the feel is great and I can already tell this will be my PC daily driver for a long time. Goodbye launch ps5 controller, and happy hunting x20.

Face buttons are very clicky, which you may or may not be into. I personally prefer the more soft touch, but other than that, it's perfect

Overall feel to the hands is great. I love the clicky buttons, i love the sticks and the whole experience. My Comparison unit is the Xbox Elite Series 2. A controller double the price. The Smx is lighter and i found out i kinda missed the gripier handles of the elite series 2. I also deeply wish there was software support for the SMX. The way it works is fine on its own but i think that could be improved in the future. Overall i would grade an 8 out of 10 on the controller. Great price ,great feel and aesthetic. Love the RGB and button quality.

It's really good, I like it very much, but just slightly disappointed that the back buttons are not programmable to be other buttons, not the predefined controller buttons. Like you can program the to be A+B etc., but not to be unique buttons on their own. Still this is an amazing controller and I especially love that I can connect to my nintendo switch too (didnt know that and was pleasantly suprised). 8/10 Would very much reccomend for the price its amazing.

This may sound weird, but the only thing stopping me from making this review a 5-star is the dongle flashing constantly, even if the controller is off. Yes, I know I can unplug it, but that's inconvenient. Aside from that, the controller is perfect for every game I use it with.

The controller feels quite nice and the build quality is very good. There are a lot of features for the price like the trigger switches and paddles. It also has this sort of toggle feature which I don't personally use but can be neat for a sort of controller macro input. I'm also a sucker for RGB and it looks pretty good with some customizability built-in. The 2.4ghz dongle is easily my favorite feature but also the Bluetooth and wired connection is good to have. All in all, I'm quite pleased!

Works really well and the feel of the controller is super smooth! Latency is also not too bad either.

The controller offers a lot for the price and is packed with features. It doesn't feel premium as the X10, but I wouldn't say that it feels cheap. However the joysticks need a stronger magnet as they pop off frequently. Also, the bright LEDs that can't be turned off or dimmed (not the RGB) are extremely jarring and distracting when playing in a dark room. Addressing these concerns would make this controller perfect.

Easy recommend for the price. Beware of possible taxes and import tariffs. I luckily didnt get charged, but when importing it is a realistic possibility. When purchasing it is mentioned and the bottom, but i figured that out after i bought it and it was being shipped from China.

Really great controller, feels good, some of the options take a bit to figure out, but overall a very comfortable and easy to use setup. Battery life could be better.

The controller is really well built. I wish I had a different color choice, but it's not ugly or anything by any means, just some variety would be nice. Nearly everything on this controller is perfect, except for one HUGE con. The problem I have with this controller are the middle start/menu buttons. They are not positioned in a very helpful manner at all. I'm used to an XBOX controller where the start/menu buttons are more centered, but here on the X20, they are not the same. Instead there are programming buttons where the start/menu buttons should be and I end up pressing those by mistake CONSTANTLY. As such, I can't use this for my daily controller and I also can't use it as a competitive controller at all. This is a huge let down. These buttons instead of non-usable rapid fire toggle for other buttons and maybe programming the rear buttons? This should be an App function and these buttons should just be programmable (and usable as start/menu buttons) but they cannot be used as normal buttons. If there's a way to change this, I'd make this 5 stars easily as this is the best XBOX style controller out there.

The controller was broken and my attempts to resolve the issue with a firmware update or exchange has been met with silence on the part of the company

Very disappointed about the analogue stick I specifically bought this controller for. The right stick specifically has inconsistent resistance, it gets really difficult to push forwards like it is stuck. Even though I keep my gear clean and the controller did that a few days after purchase. I had trouble with connectivity with the included dongle too. only 1.5 meters from the receiver the controller often had delayed or false inputs, if there was no perfect line of sight between the controller and receiver. I could get around that issue by elevating the dongle via a USB extension cable though. I may be just unlucky with my unit, the build quality is otherwise nice and I like a lot about it, but the right stick getting stuck and hard to push sometimes really ruins it for me. :(
