The game controller is not working. I’ve contacted support, they say I’ve bought the wrong controller but I’ve proved that is not true, unless information in official web is wrong

The Reciever ( Dongle) for the 9013 Game Pads is useless. Doesnt reconoize none of my two 9013 gamepads.

It works great! We lost the previous one, but this replacement usb dongle works great out of the box
